This yummy shrimp recipe is super fast and healthy. Just have all your ingredients ready ahead of time and you’re done in minutes.




1)  Heat the olive oil in a  skillet or wok. Sauté the garlic, add paprika, cumin, ginger and cayenne and cook over moderate heat until fragrant, about 1 1/2 minutes. Add shrimps and cook, stirring, until they turn pink. Season with salt and stir in the parsley.

2)  Serve hot with steamed rice.
