Ingredients:

Procedure:

1)  In a shallow dish, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, Lea and Perrins and minced garlic.  Season with salt and pepper.

2)  Marinate steak for 30 minutes.

3)  In a non stick pan, melt butter.  Sautè ribeye steak one or two at time for four minutes on each side.

4)  Serve immediately.
