It’s my first time to try making pesto rice and though it looks a bit soggy, the taste was fantastic. I think it’s because I used my usual ratio of 1:2 when cooking rice. Next time I’m going to make it 1 1/2, so it won’t get soggy.
The instruction is really simple. Place all ingredients in a rice cooker, then press start. That’s it! When serving, garnish it with parsley and pine nuts. 🙂
